My name is Siva Nair, and I founded PurePlate Nutrition in December 2024. My main goal is simple: to make the world healthier again. I believe that humans are meant to eat whole foods. I do not endorse fad diets; instead, I promote a sustainable, healthy diet primarily based on whole foods. Through my nutritional meal prep videos, educational content, blogs, courses, and soon-to-launch online fitness coaching, I aim to make a positive impact in the nutrition and fitness world.

A healthy diet is crucial in combating the obesity epidemic in the United States, where nearly 3 in 4 adults are considered overweight or obese.
